Convenient, covered parking is available for up to 3 vehicles (including a golf cart) between the pillars under the house. We also provide a dedicated EV charger for your convenience.

Relax and unwind in a space filled with natural light and thoughtful touches. While we embrace simple beach living without closets, you'll find plenty of hooks and wall space to keep your essentials tidy and accessible. Your private outdoor oasis awaits in the fully fenced backyard, featuring: A heated cocktail pool to take the chill off (heating available upon request from March-October). A refreshing outdoor shower, perfect for rinsing off after a day at the beach.
Other Details to Note
Pool Heater: Our electric pool heater can warm the water up to 15-20°F above the outdoor temperature. When temperatures drop below 50°F, the heater will not operate effectively. It is intended to take the chill off, not to function as a hot tub. The pool is heated to 86 degrees March through October. Parking Limitations: Parking is strictly limited to 3 vehicles. Unfortunately, we cannot accommodate RVs, boats, or trailers on the property. Security: For your security, there is one exterior security camera on the property. This camera monitors the exterior and does not have views of any interior spaces. Guests must be 25 or older to book, and the person on the reservation must be present for the entire stay.
